Use a tray with drain holes Avoid solid trays without drainage. Step 2: Add Seeds Place 1–2 seeds into each cube’s hole. You can do this on dry or wet cubes. Step 3: Water & Nutrients Soak the entire sheet in water with hydroponic fertilizer (0.5g Nutrient A per litre). Don’t push the cube underwater — just let it float and soak naturally. Top water the cubes using a spray or watering can for 1–2 minutes. Step 4: Germination For lettuce and herbs, place trays in a dark room (18–20°C) for 48 hours. After that, move to indirect sunlight or grow lights. Use shade in hot summer Add grow lights in winter Step 5: Transplant Cut the sheet into smaller parts for easy handling during transplant. Transplant plant along with cube. Seedlings are ready in 12–14 days (summer) or 16–18 days (winter). Transplant when you see 2 true leaves and roots from the bottom. Push cubes out gently from the top for transplanting. Storage Keep unused Oasis Cubes in a dry, cool place, away from sunlight.
