Akple is a staple for the Ewes in Ghana, made from corn. Cleaned and milled into a fine product which is made into a ball and enjoyed with pepper, stews and soups. For a southern Ghana Version of Touzaafi, this foour can be combined with Kokonte Flour (Dry cassava flour).
