Description Fermented Herring Fish Sauce (Bagoong Balayan). Multi purpose ingredient used in Filipino cuisine as a dip, salad dressing or in cooked dishes. Shake well before use. Ingredients: herring fish (50%), salt, water, acidity regulator (E330), flavour enhancer (E621), preservative (E211). Note: Product may contain partially blended pieces of fish. Sediments and particles seen is part of the fish that undergoes disintegration.
