Do not over-tighten—this may strip the screw. Tighten just enough so the Gem Foot stays in place while still allowing easy removal. How to Activate Hold the stem of the tuning fork or the Gem Foot in your hand. Lightly tap the weighted end against a semi-soft surface (knee, outer palm, or an activator).
