Vietnam is one of the biggest cashew production countries. We used A-grade cashews for our products, which are big and gold in color! Our manufacturer has its own farm for cashews, farmers will send the cashews directly to the factory for processing after harvesting, this can make sure the freshness of cashews! We keep the skin of cashews and it has higher level of dietary fiber than normal cashews. We only added a little salt for seasoning to maintain the original taste of cashews!
